Hi, I'm Cecilia
My story
Before coaching, I spent years in the hospitality sector: long shifts, unpredictable hours, constant travel. I was good at looking after everyone else and rarely stopped to ask what I needed.
Everything changed when my daughter was born. I realised the way I was living wasn't sustainable, and that I wanted something different for both of us. She was my first push to look at life from another angle, and the beginning of bringing this part of me to light.
Throughout the years, four international moves (from Spain to the United States, Indonesia, the United Kingdom and now Portugal) taught me how easily our routines, our sleep and our sense of belonging get lost, and what it really takes to care for yourself while caring for everyone else. INYALA is named after my three children, the reason I chose this path.

My mission
I help busy women reconnect with their intuition and come back to their own rhythm, so they can lead their lives instead of just managing them.

My method
I believe the greatest expert on you is you. My role isn't to hand you another set of rules, but to help you listen to your body and trust your intuition again.
Together we look at the six pillars (nutrition, movement, sleep, mind & emotions, environment and connection), starting with the IN.YA.LA Compass, and you decide where to begin. I bring the tools, the structure and the support; you bring the wisdom you already carry. The result is small, steady changes that fit your real life, and that last because they're truly yours.

Credentials
Training
I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
Six pillars
I look at the whole picture: nutrition, movement, sleep, mind & emotions, environment and connection. Not just what's on your plate.
Two languages
I coach in English and Spanish, so you can talk about what matters in the language that feels most natural to you.
Online
All sessions are online by video call, so you can join from wherever you are, wherever life takes you.
Life abroad
Four countries in 14 years. I know first-hand how a move can unsettle your routines, your sleep and your sense of belonging.
Coaching, not therapy
Health coaching isn't medical advice or therapy. I work alongside your doctor or therapist, never instead of them.
